Type 96M levels have a rare-earth magnet system for simple adhesion to metal objects, which leaves the hands free when aligning and adjusting pillars and supports. The easy-to-handle 10" type 81SM torpedo level (25100) contains extra-strong rare earth magnets which are shake-proof, and two certified accurate vials. For double reinforcement, the lightweight aluminum frame has a reinforced ribbed design for secure hold and stability, and the electrostatic enamel-finished frame allows easy cleanup.

Type 96M Level End Caps are shock-absorbing. These caps prevent scratching and slipping on walls, and when removed, reach flush against them. For off-the-floor storage, Stabila magnetic levels also feature a hang hole.
